What if I have a backordered item on my order?

Every effort is made to keep adequate inventory of our jewellery. However, if an item is not available you will be notified via email and the item will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Can I purchase gift certificates online?

Absolutely! FROST By Mucharata Ltd. offers gift certificates for $25, $50 and $100 values.

Why do I have to create an account to place an online order?

By creating an account, you will be able to check on the status of your orders, email Wish Lists and save time by storing your shipping information. You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information.

What is the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

How is sales tax calculated?

The sales tax is calculated based on the location of the shipping address.
